MacOS Zero Day Update 5/26/21

Apple MacOS Zero Day Exploit Forced Update starting Wednesday, 10:00 PM 5/26/2021

 

If you haven’t already, please run Apple Update tonight, we will force updates starting Wednesday at 10PM 5/26/2021.

 

A malicious application may be able to bypass Privacy preferences. Apple is aware of a report that this issue may have been actively exploited. The exploit in question could allow an attacker to gain Full Disk Access, Screen Recording, or other permissions without requiring the user’s explicit consent–which is the default behavior. The Big Sur 11.4 Update also addresses 71 other identified CVE cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
