OIT Planned Outage Notification 5-6-2021

Thursday, May 06, 2021:  CUCM and UCCX Server Restart

 

Outage Summary:

OIT will be rebooting the Call Manager and the Unified Call Center Servers as recommended by Cisco for best practice and maintenance. The outage is scheduled to begin at 10:00 pm, services are expected to be re-established by 12:00 am on Friday, May 07, 2021.


Site: Taylorsville Redwood Campus, affecting all campuses.

Systems:  All voice calls, calling into voice mail. Jabber chat, Webex meetings from Jabber, and all Call Center numbers will be unavailable.

Use/Impact:  Voice and Jabber systems outage

Outage Window:  Thursday 05/06/2021 from 10:00 am until 5/7/2021 at 12:00 am.
