The issue has been resolved as of 7PM. WebEx service is restored.

Outage Summary: 

OIT is aware of an issue WebEx is currently experiencing, it is working off campus but the business to business connectivity that we use from on campus is causing a “connecting” error when trying to start or connect to a meeting. A resolution for this issue is currently being looked into.
