UPDATE: Thursday November 21, 2019: Jabber and Call Center Connectivity

 

Summary:

The issue has been resolved at approximately 10:00 AM, at this time connectivity is restored. Please restart Jabber and close out and reopen Finesse to reconnect.

OIT is aware that there are issues connecting and logging into Cisco software including Cisco Jabber, Cisco Finesse and Cisco Unified Intelligent Center college wide. We are working to resolve this and we will update you further as more information becomes available.
